Our warranties are designed to provide peace of mind, whether you're exploring the wild or setting up camp in your own backyard.
5-Year Warranty for Bags
Our bags are covered by a 5-Year Warranty that reflects our commitment to long-lasting quality. This warranty applies to any material defects or workmanship issues that might arise over time. Here’s how it works:
Australian Consumer Law Guarantee
Mogu Outdoors products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure of the product, as well as compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages. If your product fails to be of acceptable quality and the issue doesn’t amount to a major failure, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement.
Warranty Claims
You can make a warranty claim within 5 years from the date of purchase by providing proof of purchase that shows the purchase date, a description of the product, and the price paid. To make a claim, please contact us at hello@moguoutdoors.com.
If your warranty claim is accepted, Mogu Outdoors will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective product or part with a new or refurbished equivalent at no charge for parts or labor. However, please note that you will be responsible for any postage or shipping costs involved in facilitating the claim.
This warranty is the only warranty offered by Mogu Outdoors for bags and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you under the law.
Exclusions
The 5-Year Warranty does not apply to general appearance wear or products that have been subjected to abnormal use, misuse, improper handling, or modifications. Additionally, this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading.
2-Year Warranty for Self-Inflating Mattresses
We stand by the quality of our self-inflating mattresses with a 2-Year Warranty against material and workmanship defects. Here are the details:
Australian Consumer Law Guarantee
Your mattress comes with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If there’s a major fault, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses. If the mattress fails to be of acceptable quality without a major defect, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims can be made within 2 years from the date of purchase. To initiate a claim, please provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue to hello@moguoutdoors.com. Mogu Outdoors will determine, at our discretion, whether to repair or replace the product. Any postage or shipping costs associated with the claim will be your responsibility.
Exclusions
This 2-Year Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, or alterations. Normal wear and tear, changes in appearance, and user-inflicted damage are not covered.
Warranty Limitations
All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a specific use, are limited to the respective warranty periods.

I am a sucker for anything to do with good storage and organisation. I used for the first time this weekend and it was the best addition to my trip! Keeps everything so organised and has so many handy nooks and practical uses. I absolutely adore the caddy.
Going camping used to be such a hassle because of the kitchen prep! No matter how organised we tried to be, we always ended up taking min 2-3 random bags and containers with us. However, everything used to be all over the place and we could never find anything we needed. This bag is a life changer!! We can fit all the kitchen items in this amazing bag and it’s all you need. It’s been such a practical addition to my set up! So many pockets and compartments to help keep things organised. I’ve got pots and pans in mine and weight hasn’t been a problem, sturdy buckles and straps. Easy set up just grab your caddy and everything is right there no fumbling or fishing around containers, and packing down is just zipping up and you’re done! 11/10 would recommend.
Honestly obsessed, this has changed the camping game for me! I was able to set it up with everything that I need for my camp kitchen, now it is super simple to grab, especially for last minute trips. The caddy is so convenient and a really well made and well thought out piece of camp kit. I easily hang if off the side of the car and everything i need is at my finger tips while im preparing food out of my rear slide out kitchen. The caddy will be making my camp cooking very easy for years to come.

Went camping for the first time with my son after getting my Mogu Outdoors Restwell self-inflating double mattress.
Firstly it’s so convenient, with quick self inflating, and you can leave it unattended and do something else while it inflates.
The design of the carry bag is brilliant, in that it’s spacious enough to easily fit the mattress back into after deflating (Which is usually always the hardest part with any camping gear) and that it also cleverly doubles as a pump, to fill that mattress with that last little bit of air to make it nice and firm to sleep on.
Even though my son was sleeping on the mattress, I also tested it out, and it surpassed my expectations with just how comfy and supportive it was. Once inflated, it is firm enough to be very supportive, and yet so nice and plush at the same time and the foam moulds to the contours of your body.
Can’t wait to head out on our next camping trip and use this mattress again.
We found this bag a great versatile kitchen spacesaver setup instead of a box in back of car, easy to carry and pack with just enough room for our basic kitchen.

I’m so impressed by this mattress!
Straight out of the box it inflated very quickly because of the double valves. Finish off to your desired firmness using the bag to pump in air.
As a side sleeper the stretchy fabric on top in addition to the foam really moulds and support your hips/ body well so you don’t feel the ground below. Packup was a breeze & oversized bag is a great feature (though if you use an elec pump it compacts to even smaller sz).
We’ve got an Exped Megamat 10 Duo already & you would not be able to tell the difference in sleep comfort between the two. The Restwell is so comfy, it’s like sleeping on your bed at home. Bonus, it is half the price of an Exped, better R-value & love neutral the colour! 🤎
Just finished a trip using this bag and it’s an absolute game changer! Keeps everything together and makes things easily accessible when cooking outdoors! We love it, worth the price.
