What is the Restwell mattress 30 days trial？
Interested in our mattresses but not sure if it's for you?
We're offering you a 30-day free trial period for our Restwell mattresses so that you get the chance to experience them before deciding to keep them.
Add to cart and checkout as per usual, you will have 30 days to try the Restwell mattress at home.
How does it work?
Step 1 – Order, Unbox, Sleep on it
Take some time to trial our self-inflating mattress for up to 30 days in your own home. We suggest setting up the sleeping mattress in a spacious area at home and having a "camp sleeping" experience to get a good feel for the mattress.
Step 2 - Not For You? Get In Touch
If after at least 14 days of use, you feel it's still not right for you, simply send us an email.
Step 3 – Return It To Us For Free
We will arrange a free simple return for you.
Make sure the mattress is packed up tight, deflate the mattress a few times to get the air out and back in its original packaging.
Step 4 – We Will Process Your Refund
You will get your purchase refunded in full once we’ve received your return (excluding initial delivery fee).
When does the 30 days Trial start?
Your 30 days Trial starts from the day you receive your Restwell mattress order.
In what condition do you accept returns?
We encourage you to make the most of your 30-day trial period with the Restwell self-inflating mattress. However, we kindly ask that you use it only at home and keep it as clean and sanitary as possible. Normal use is perfectly fine, but returned products must be free of any stains, damages, or other issues.
If you decide to return it, please retain all original packaging, including the cardboard box and plastic bags.
Do I need to pay before the 30 days trial is over?
You'll be charged as normal online shopping when you purchase the Restwell mattress, however, if you request a return within the 30-day trial period, we will send you a prepaid return slip and provide full refund of the item cost upon receiving the item back.
Your only out of pocket will be the initial delivery fee.
How do I return?
For returns within the 30 days trial, send an email to returns@moguoutoors.com with the following details:

We will get back to you as soon as we can.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.
I bought my Restwell self-inflating mattress from my friend. Can I return it for a refund?
No, our 30 days free trial and 5-year warranty are both provided to the original purchaser only, and aren't transferable.
